Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. UA-camrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

    let me tell y’all sum! I did the chloe ting ab workout in 2020 the 2 weeks abs and i literally saw a change in the first week so saying there’s no science or that it doesn’t work simply isn’t correct. her workouts are effective. period also 5:12 she didn’t do ANY research and is talking for no reason 😭like i hate when people talk just to talk

    Why most comments asked: Does it work? Guys you should just try and make own experiment. Just start and do this exercises and finally you can share with results. I think anyway doing exercises good for u. Even in 21 days you don’t see great results but you will be sure that your health and feelings will change after doing any exercises. So don’t ask anyone just do it and share with results.
